Rescheduling policy
Please note that the day of your test is not included in these policy timeframes.
More than 14 days before your test date: you may reschedule your test at no charge
14 days or less before your test date: you cannot reschedule the test. In this scenario, you can only cancel your test and book a new appointment.
You may only reschedule your test a maximum of six times.
If you’re unable to attend the test due to illness or a family emergency, Pearson may agree to a one-time reschedule at no cost.
Submit our Emergency Reschedule form within 14 calendar days of your scheduled test date, along with any necessary evidence.
We’ll review and accept evidence at our discretion, contacting you if additional information is needed.
Rescheduling or obtaining a refund for medical or family reasons is not automatically granted; it’s subject to our review and approval.
Test Booking & Voucher Purchasing
PTE Exam voucher is a perquisite discounted voucher by which you can book your exam at a lower price. It is an alphanumeric code that you can apply while you are booking the exam on the Pearson website.
The voucher will be valid for 11 months from the date of purchase. There is no extension in validity.
There is no refund policy for the voucher. Please refer to our terms and condition for more information.
No, this voucher is valid only in Nepal for booking the PTE-Academic exam.
Certainly! You can change the center after buying a PTE voucher. Say you bought a voucher from us with Pokhara as your center. Later, you can certainly change it to Chitwan.

8-13 days before your test date: you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the original test fee
7 days or less before your test date: you will not be eligible for any refund.
