- After you reply to this mail with supporting evidence, they will check and reply to this mail saying that you need to make your payment once again.
- Pearson strictly recommends not to share your payment details mail you need to call to costumer care to provide your Dollar Card details so that the payment could be made.
- After you share your payment details, after a day or two, the account will be unrestricted.
You can call and remind them about your case if it is taking longer then usual.
